There is a new version of PUB available experimentally, which will be
put up as the standard version in a few days unless I hear some complaints.
Meanwhile, I'd like PUB users to try it out.  The procedure is:
1) ALIAS PUB,TES
2) RUN PUB
3) When you get the *, give the name and PPN of your file.
You can't just RUN PUB[PUB,TES] while aliased to yourself because that
won't use the right pass 2.  Please either delete your .XGP file when
done or else rename it to your own area.  Also, please make sure nobody
else is doing this at the same time, since only one PUB can be going on
in the same PPN at the same time.  Mail complaints to BH.  The only
problem I know of so far is that CHARW is now read-only.  Thank you.
